To qualify for these programs, you need to have completed a certificate, Diploma and Degree programs. You will be allocated a Training Manager, placed in a team and assigned real corporate tasks. You will be expected to meet minimum required performance standards. Your KPIs will be assessed and feedback will be given to you and filed. These performance evaluations will be used to determine whether you join our Technomix Family permanently or be exported into our Corporate Recruitment Agency. 

At the end of your Workplace program, your full record will be exported into Technomix People Limited, a Human Capital Development arm of our group for possible work placement.
